FTM is an
Illawarra based musical outfit whose members have worked
throughout most venues on the Coast, Southern Highlands
and Sydney.
 Adrian
- Vocals, Lead and Acoustic Guitar and Harmonica.
Adrian has 25 years up his sleeve with 20 of them on the
road with various acts in the Illawarra and Interstate
with his main passion being Face the Music formed in
1991. With a never say die attitude towards the outfit,
Adrian remained determined to keep the flag flying so
along with Bassist Glenn, retuned Face the Music to
musical act FTM. As the big half of the duo, (come and
see us and you,ll see why), Adrian delivers a solid
rhythmic sound with ever present licks, riffs and lead
breaks to form a consistent rock feel with that touch of
finesse required to adapt to almost any environment.
Glenn - Vocals, Bass and Acoustic Guitar.
With more years playing Bass than you can generally poke
a stick at there is not much Glenn can’t get away
with when it comes to picking those bass strings. Glenn
has played in many outfits during his lengthy career and
rubbed shoulders with some of the best. Glenn holds the
duo in check with a concise exacting inoffensive
presence, executing his talents with a relative ease that
one would expect from years spent perfecting his
craft
 Their
diverse song selection covers songs from all the decades
from the 50’s and 60’s, 70’s and 80’s
Retro, 90’s through to present day commercial music.
Their years spent working in traditional bands have
fortunately rubbed off. Every opportunity is taken to
reproduce their original sound where possible. First and
foremost is play the hell out of their instruments
regardless of the backing tracks that accompany them. FTM
are often complemented on getting stuck in and playing
which is what we musos love to do.
The members have a good working record with a history of
being part of the same bill with acts such as Jimmy
Barnes, Midnight Oil and many top Oz acts throughout
their musical careers.
FTM is a clean tight well dressed band with a very
polished sound to suit most venues. The boys run a sound
and professional work ethic with club and hotel
management, staff and patrons. FTM provide an
entertaining night from start to finish incorporating a
warm and friendly atmosphere whilst delivering a diverse
musical selection to suit any audience.
