Ricky Lynch has dedicated the last 5 years of his career working on his performance as an artist driven by a very emotional 'raw Acoustic' sound. Ricky's music is superbly delivered minus any backing track, It's just him, the guitar & and an incredible voice combined to project a lot of energy toward his audience.

At 28 his vocal range extends from the heart-felt sounds of Cat Stevens to the excitement of Meatloaf & all consistently performed with every spare burst of energy.

Recognition of Ricky's talent is his Tanglewood Guitar endorsement from distributors, National Music and ongoing support from Kiama Music Centre. Tanglewood's faith in Ricky is an ideal relationship seeing two emerging names take each other to greater heights. Taking delivery of his new guitar in July 2005, Ricky says "this instrument is beautifully made and sounds truly amazing, I couldn't be happier.

Ricky has always found himself teamed up with very talented artists, poets and musicians. The band that has been born from this constant need to "network with like minded people", has been kicking some impressive goals on the NSW coast constantly for the past 4 years.

The crew behind Ricky are:
Narrell Brown - Ricky Lynch & his band were initially broken into the industry by Jaybees Entertainment. A small business with a huge reputation, managed single handedly by a woman who can only be described as the heart of entertainment on the NSW south coast. Managing Director, Narrell Brown. Ricky has built a very rewarding career and a great band, resulting from Narrell's inspiring drive to keep it fresh & on the road… whatever it takes. Narrells contribution to the Band, with her brilliant songs & peotry that the band performs regularly, places her as a definite contributing artist, a true member & the backbone of the Ricky Lynch Band. Her extraordinary management style makes for "consistantly high quality entertainment" up & down the NSW coast, week after week, year after year.

Holly Schunmann - After her early years as lead singer for successful south coast band, Southerly Buster, Holly spent many creative years in the loungeroom & at jam nights practicing & writing. She has now come back to the stage stronger than ever. She brings with her all the things the band needed to round off the performance & stage presence with her gentle 'woman's touch'. She has inspired the group to focus intently on writing & recording more original material & has accomplished her goal of getting the band motivated to believe in their own art work. Holly is a very talented singer / guitarist / percussionist / songwriter, & has many people turning heads with her "haunting harmonies" & celtic vocal style. A must see & an unmatched addition to this Band.

Carlos Cozzarin - A highly spirited guide in the direction of self confidence for the band. Carlos brings his supreme style percussion using congas with... anything he can get it hands on "yes, as long as I can get it to make a sound" He regularly brings a reason to lift the spirits of the band & many people around him. He has been challenged with many of life's unpredictable dealings & manages to 'rise above it' every time. This quality sees him able to get up there and warm a crowd under all conditions. "A true entertainer" Along with Ricky, Carlos is the band's original member, and an asset that the band shouldn't be without.

Michael Griffiths - An Intricate & highly skilled Drummer, in the band's opinion "one of the best the Southern Highlands has to offer ", Michael makes his trips down to the Shoalhaven & surrounding regions every week for a gig or three... he really loves the vibe out here. Michael is currently also working with COWPOKE, a fast-rising original country band that have kicked many goals & are going strong. With 5 years education at the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music, Michael is now a full time personal music tutor in Bowral and offers a world of knowledge to the Ricky Lynch Band with his unique ability to "never miss a beat"

Adrian Morgan - Has brought down the walls that contained the bands "Techno-phobia" (fear of Technology) Adrian adds a brilliant bass line through the bands every performance while bringing them up to speed on the latest production techniques, lighting, equipment & live sound mixing. His interest & involvement in the multimedia industry, including video editing, graphic arts and sound recording has the band ready to record & produce their first original album. Adrian has worked with some of Australia's most successful career musicians & is married with two kids, a girl 3, a boy 1, a dog, a cat & 3 goldfish, all the while maintaining the huge effort that is required to be a part of this "HEAPS GOOD BAND"

It's the band ever-present drive to provide a 'class A' performance that often finds them entertaining for major events: The NSW South coast Tourism awards 2007. Support for Jenny Morris in concert 2007. The NRL BLUES State-of-origin pre-match bonding party. Regular top notch Friday's at the Star Hotel Milton, A 5000 strong crowd on Xmas Eve at Bradbury Inn 2004 '05 & '06 and scores of excited newlyweds that have had the thrilling experience of this band at their wedding reception.

Together this band produces a very unique sound focusing mainly on the combined vocal talent of Ricky & Holly's superb harmonies that will be remembered long after the show. The Band have a fast growing portfolio of original material that they love to incorporate into the evening & will always welcome feedback. These songs will be recorded & available over the next few months. An album is near. All who hear this great work will come to understand why they are on an upward climb to success in the Aussie music industry.
