A
versatile musician who has performed extensively along
the east coast of Australia, playing everything from jazz
and blues to country, rock and classical guitar.
Scott has played for audiences of one in a pub to
thousands in venues such as the Brisbane Entertainment
Centre.
Nominated as a final five finalist in the national
‘Musicoz’ songwriting and composition contest
in two categories, Scott was asked to perform at the
famous Sydney jazz club ‘The Basement’ on their
feature night of ‘Great Australian
Guitarists’.
He has also opened for the likes of James Morrison, Bruce
Matiske, George Golla and James Muller.
Scott has a huge repertoire of songs from many genres,
and is able to perform in many different line-ups, from
solo acoustic guitarist through to jazz, rock or blues
bands.
Whatever the occasion, from a wedding to function to club
gig, Scott can provide what you require.
In addition to performing, Scott has taught many people
of all skill levels the guitar, has worked as a composer,
a session musician, an arranger and creative and musical
consultant.
